I came to Chelsea with little to no hope of getting through the situation that I was in.I’ve been seeing Chelsea for almost a year now and I can confidently say that I have made huge progress in dealing with my anxiety & handling unpleasant situations better. I would definitely recommend her to anyone struggling mentally or generally anyone that needs guidance in dealing with situations that inevitably arise.

Chelsea has been incredibly helpful regarding my mental health diagnosis; she has supported me in working through depression and anxiety. She is an easy person to talk to as she is very open, understanding, and solution focused. Chelsea is very good at what she does.
I’ve learnt something new and enlightening in every session and I always leave feeling better than when I came. One of the biggest lessons I’ve also learnt thus far in therapy was being made aware of how my childhood background/ trauma plays a major role in who I am now as a person and the people that I attract in my life and the ways in which I can heal such trauma.
